A method for judging the good running condition of the slewing drive

With the rapid development of China's rotary drive technology, many high-tech technologies are gradually used in industrial production, accelerating the pace of industrial automation construction in China, and improving the efficiency of industrial production, but in different mechanical production, errors may occur. We must make judgments in advance and timely repair the machinery to ensure that mechanical failures affect production. So what aspects can we better judge?

First, from the operation return stroke of the slewing drive during operation, the slewing drive uses the instantaneous forward and reverse rotation mode during operation to determine whether the return stroke of the slewing drive is large or small. Refer to the corresponding model and the corresponding return stroke in the product manual. The gap can be judged as qualified.

Secondly, after the slewing bearing is connected to the rolling sound, after starting the slewing drive, we need to carefully recognize the sound quality of the scrolling sound to see if there is an abnormal sound during the running, or if there is an irregular sound. Judging the sound of the scroll, we can judge whether it is in normal operation. If an abnormal sound occurs, we need to check which part of the link has been damaged and take effective maintenance methods.

Finally, install the slewing drive on the mechanism, load and run for more than 30 minutes, observe the operation in all directions: noise, return clearance, etc. If everything is normal, the slewing drive product is qualified and can be used with confidence.
